These are starting points, not rigid scripts. Adapt them to your heart and the person before you. The truth doesn't need perfect words - it needs authentic presence.
Hotel - Initial Phone Call
Good [morning/afternoon], my name is [Your Name] calling from KHAYBAR Tailors here in Amsterdam.
I hope I'm not catching you at a difficult time. May I have just 2 minutes to share something that might resonate with you?
[PAUSE FOR RESPONSE]
I'll be direct: you already purchase uniforms for your staff. What if those same purchases now fed people in need?
We craft bespoke hotel uniforms - same quality you expect, same process you're used to. But for every 9 uniforms we produce, 10 meals are served to those who hunger. Not as charity. Built into how we work.
I'm not here to sell you today. I'm here to ask: would this matter to your hotel? To your values?
[PAUSE]
If there's even a small "yes" in your heart, may I visit you? Show you the fabrics, share how this works, look you in the eye and see if we're meant to work together?
When would be a good time for me to come by?

Subject: Your Uniforms Could Feed People (KHAYBAR Introduction)
Dear [Name],
I write to you not as a vendor, but as someone who believes your work already blesses others - you just haven't seen it connected yet.
You run a hotel that serves with excellence. Your staff dress in uniforms you purchase every year. What if I told you those same purchases could now feed people in need?
KHAYBAR crafts bespoke uniforms for hotels. For every 9 we produce, 10 meals are served. Not charity - built into our business model.
You already buy uniforms. You already value quality. You already seek authentic CSR.
The question is simple: does this resonate with your heart?
If yes, I'd like to visit you in person. Show you our fabrics from our Amsterdam studio. Look you in the eye. See if we're meant to work together.
Could we meet next [suggest 2-3 dates]?
With respect,
[Your Name]
KHAYBAR Tailors
Amsterdam
P.S. I'm not asking you to do something new. I'm asking to connect what you already do to those who need it most.
Hotel - In-Person Opening
[After greetings and sitting down]
Thank you for receiving me. I'll be honest with you - I'm not here with a sales pitch.
I'm here because I believe what you already do can bless others, and I want to show you how.
[PULL OUT FABRIC SAMPLES]
May I show you something?
[Let them touch the fabric]
This is Italian wool. Natural, breathable. The kind your staff deserves to wear - not synthetic materials that trap heat and energy.
Every hotel already buys uniforms. Every hotel already pays for tailoring. You're no different.
But what if those same purchases now fed people?
[PAUSE - LET THEM ASK]
For every 9 uniforms we craft, 10 meals are served to those in need. Not as donation. Built into the model.
Look - [pull out transparency sheet with pricing]
Fabric cost: [X]. Labor cost: [Y]. Total × 1.8. That's your price.
Inside that 1.8 is the meal program. You're not paying extra for charity. You're paying for excellence that happens to feed people.
[LEAN FORWARD]
I want to ask you something honest: does this resonate with who you are? With who your hotel wants to be?
[LISTEN]

Outreach Guidelines
Before You Go
- •Pray or center yourself - this is sacred work, not just business
- •Research the person/company you're visiting - show you care
- •Bring physical fabric samples - people need to touch truth
- •Carry the one-page pitch deck printed - leave it behind
- •Dress well but not ostentatiously - you represent craftsmanship
During the Meeting
- •Listen more than you speak - you're learning if you're aligned
- •Show, don't just tell - fabrics, pricing, the 9:10 mechanism
- •Be honest about being new - you're building this together
- •Ask "does this resonate?" not "will you buy?" - hearts first
- •Never pressure - if they're not feeling it, they're not your partner
After the Meeting
- •Send a handwritten thank you note within 24 hours
- •Reference something specific they said - show you listened
- •Don't follow up aggressively - let truth work on their heart
- •If they say yes, move slowly and intentionally into partnership
- •If they say no, honor it and ask if they know anyone who might resonate
The Underlying Truth
- •You're not selling - you're seeking alignment
- •Not everyone will understand - that's okay
- •The right partners will feel it immediately
- •Your job is to show them the mirror - their work as blessing
- •Commerce should be covenant, not just transaction
