KHAYBAR is a bespoke uniform atelier based in Amsterdam, founded on a simple principle: every suit we deliver funds a meal for someone in need. For every nine suits we produce, ten meals are given — not as charity marketing, but as the structural output of our pricing model.
We serve 4- and 5-star hotels across the Netherlands and Europe, designing and producing bespoke uniforms for front-of-house, concierge, management, and restaurant departments. Our clients include properties that understand that the way their staff is dressed communicates the quality of their welcome.
We are at an early but deliberate stage of growth. We are not scaling fast — we are scaling right. That means the fabrics we source must be worthy of the hotels we dress, and the mills we work with must be partners who share an understanding of what quality means at this level.
