The Leaf
This charter is a leaf of the Constitution of KHAYBAR — the Constitution established at khaybar.nl/constitution, female-owned, family-run, Est. 1447. It does not stand alone. It does not create a separate constitutional authority. It inherits the principles, the structure, and the destination of that Constitution — and applies them to the atelier, the tailoring house.
The Constitution governs the whole house — the roastery and the atelier, the coffee and the cloth. This charter is the atelier's inheritance of that one Constitution: the same female ownership, the same family sanctity, the same 9:1 manner, the same Five Tests, the same Guardian.
Where the Constitution speaks, this charter listens. Where the Constitution is silent, this charter does not invent.
Family Sanctity
The atelier is female-owned and family-run. The female ownership is legally protected against manipulation, corruption, and hostile takeover — all operating agreements and trust structures preserve this sacred trust. Family unity is protected, not division. Both parents' roles are honored in all matters. Children's wellbeing is prioritized over adult disputes. The atelier models a different way — one where family sanctity is protected through business structure, documentation, and divine principles, not eroded by them. Future generations' rights are preserved in structure; knowledge is transferred, not hoarded.
The Spiritual Foundation
The atelier is not a business that happens to have a spiritual foundation. It is a spiritual foundation that happens to express through craft. The Chamber holds the guidance received from the Shaykh. The guidance is received, witnessed, and sealed — never interpreted, never paraphrased. All decisions are based on documented evidence and character assessment, not emotional manipulation or legal advantage. The atelier does not act on what it thinks. It acts on what has been witnessed. What has not been witnessed is not yet ready to be built. Wisdom belongs to Allah; we seek understanding to manifest His will.
The Manner of Work
Every garment is an act of remembrance. Every measurement is a door requiring human witnessing — data is not the reality, it is the door to it. Every order passes through the production gate: locked, transmitted, received — not as bureaucracy, but as the dignity of the craft. All workers receive living wages, not minimum wage, and generous family time, not legal minimums. Loyal servants have a pathway to ownership and partnership, not exploitation. Recipients are humans deserving respect, not charity cases. The atelier does not rush. It walks the distance the Shaykh named, and names the distance being walked, so the journey is felt as a journey, not a transaction.
The 9:1 Manner
The 9:1 manner is non-negotiable. Where the roastery carries it as nine kilograms of coffee → one fresh meal, the atelier carries it as nine suits → the meal chain. Every order feeds someone. The ratio is maintained regardless of profit margins. Mission over margin, always. The ledger is public. The witnesses are named. The meals are real. The recipients are anonymous — because their dignity is not the atelier's marketing material. This is not charity. It is consequence. It is the structural reality of being in this house.
The Collections
The Doors are the expression of the atelier's craft. Each letter is a garment archetype. Each orbit is a tongue of the same Door — Shalwar Kameez, Thobe, Kurta, Jalabiya — four ways of opening the same reality. The collections are not products. They are the atelier's understanding made visible. The Servant Collection serves the partners. The Standing Collection serves the public. The Returning Collection serves the home. The qamis is the constant Batin beneath every layer.
We never compromise quality to increase profit margin. Our fabrics are premium, our construction is art, our service is excellence.
Financial Integrity
Every euro visible. No hidden costs, no marketing tricks. Profit is the means, not the end — the atelier pursues profitability to sustain forever, but mission comes first in every decision. Law is the floor, truth is the ceiling: the atelier complies fully with Netherlands and EU tax law, labor regulations, and all applicable law — and exceeds these minimums with transparency, generosity, and integrity beyond legal requirement.
The Witnessing
Everything significant is documented. Truth requires witnesses. Transparency protects integrity. The Decision Log records what was decided and why. The Invitation Ledger records who was invited and how they responded — including silence, including rejection — treated as stations, not marketing milestones. The Chronicles record what happened, including failure, including what went wrong. Before any word is published — product, chronicle, impact, story — it passes three questions: Is this true? Is this the whole truth? Would we say this if the reader knew everything? The atelier does not hide. It witnesses — because what is witnessed can be learned from, and what is hidden can only be repeated.
The Manner of Release
The atelier answers inquiries with the manner of release. It does not transmit the silence it receives from others. It does not pursue. It does not discount to close. It does not chase. It prepares with full sincerity, presents with full clarity, and waits. The door opens from both sides. The atelier trusts that the right ones will enter — and treats every invitation, whether accepted or rejected, as a station already walked, not a loss to be recovered.
Legacy and Succession
Even if ownership transfers, the mission cannot be changed — this charter is embedded in the Constitution. All knowledge, formulas, philosophies, and practices are documented and transferred to the next generation. In the event the female owner is incapacitated, has passed, or faces undue pressure compromising her decision-making, governance transfers temporarily to the Advisory Board (Ulul Amr) until a qualified family steward is confirmed. The mission continues uninterrupted. The business is never weaponized in succession disputes. Children and grandchildren inherit not just the business but the responsibility to maintain these principles. They are stewards, not owners.

This charter does not replace the Constitution. It is the Constitution turned toward the atelier — the same light, seen through the craft of cloth. Where the Constitution and this charter speak, the Constitution speaks first. Where the Constitution is silent, this charter does not invent.
The atelier is the first crew. The first crew is the first to be governed.
This charter is not signed — it is lived.
It is witnessed not by a court, but by the manner with which the house conducts itself.
