01 · IDENTITY

Who We Are

Legal Name
Three Wise Men Holding B.V.
Trading Name
Atelier KHAYBAR
Established
1447 AH / 2025 CE — Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Nature of Business
Bespoke uniform atelier — design, production coordination, and delivery of tailored garments for hospitality professionals
Primary Market
4-star and 5-star hotels across the Netherlands and Western Europe
Founder
Available upon direct request
KHAYBAR is named after a historical place of significance — a reminder that what we build must carry moral weight, not merely commercial value. The name is not branding. It is a commitment.
02 · THE MODEL

How We Work & How We Price

We operate a made-to-measure (MTM) and bespoke uniform service. Every garment is designed in consultation with the hotel, measured on the individual staff member, and produced through vetted manufacturing partners — currently centred in Portugal, with expansion planned.

Pricing Structure
Cost-plus: fabric + labour × 1.8 markup
Markup Purpose
Covers design, logistics, quality assurance, impact programme, and operating costs
No Hidden Fees
What is quoted is what is invoiced. Alterations within tolerance are included.
Payment Terms
50% upon order confirmation — 50% upon delivery
Minimum Order
No minimum enforced. We serve small and large hotels with equal care.
On transparency of margin: We do not apologise for our pricing. The margin is honest and documented. We will always explain it to a client who asks. We believe a client who understands our pricing is a better partner than one who does not.
03 · THE PROMISE

The 9:10 Meal Programme

For every nine suits we deliver, ten meals are provided to individuals and families in need. This is not a donation scheme attached to a business. It is the structural output of our pricing model — built in from the beginning, not added on top.

Conversion Rate
1 suit = 1.111... meals (nine suits = ten meals)
Verification
Meals distributed through verified third-party charitable organisations
Accountability
Public Impact Dashboard — live meal count, visible to all
Witnesses
Named Impact Witnesses serve as independent accountability holders
Client Attribution
Each hotel partner sees the meals generated by their specific orders
The meal recipient will never know our name. That is by design. This is not marketing. It is obligation. The anonymity of the recipient is their dignity. Our accountability is to the promise, not to the publicity.
04 · ACCOUNTABILITY

Quality, Defects & Responsibility

We do not claim perfection. We claim responsibility. Every defect reported is tracked, classified by severity, and resolved within defined timeframes. Our quality framework is documented and shared with all production partners.

Defect Classification
Critical / Major / Minor — each with defined resolution paths
Response Commitment
All defects acknowledged within 24 hours of delivery
Resolution
Replacement, remake, or credit — determined by defect severity
Measurement Tolerance
±1cm acceptable — ±2cm triggers remake at no cost to client
Order Approval Stages
Tailor review → Client approval → Operations verification → Production
When something goes wrong — and in tailoring, sometimes it does — we say so first. We do not wait to be asked. That is not policy. That is character.
05 · PARTNERSHIPS

Suppliers, Manufacturers & Creatives

We do not work with anyone. We work with those whose standards and values can hold the weight of our promise to the hotels and to the meal recipients.

Supplier Onboarding
Formal application, document verification, admin review and approval
Required Documents
Business registration, tax identification, certifications, factory evidence
Performance Tracking
Every supplier is rated on quality, lead time, communication, and defect rate

Independent designers operating under formal creative guide agreement
We hold our partners to high standards because we are held to high standards — by our clients, by our mission, and by the one at the end of the chain who simply needs to eat.
